Say Fitness clients all have the unique opportunity to always have a one-on-one session with one of our certified trainers
who will dedicate a full session to just you. 

A typical day at Say Fitness looks like this: we begin by warming up for at least 30 minutes so you don’t pull any muscles. Your first days at our gym will be dedicated to acclimating you to our facility and the many resources that will be available to you, including nutrition counseling. Our dedicated team of trainers and nutrition specialists will assess your physical fitness. We will also provide you with a nutritional evaluation and put you on a nutrition plan if you feel you need that support in your life.

Nutritional Counseling

One thing that people often overlook when trying to become fit and healthy is that you can work out every single day for hours, but very few people will see the results of their hard work if they’re only eating carbs all the time. The correct balance between fats, carbs, and proteins will set you well on your way to the body and feeling of overall health that everyone craves and deserves. Industry experts say that fitness actually happens in the kitchen: 90% of our results will come from the fuel we put into our bodies and the metabolism-raising way that we consume our foods. This doesn’t mean you have to “starve” yourself to get a six-pack, or deprive yourself of dessert. It means you can balance yourself in a healthy way between fats, carbs, and proteins. Your body doesn’t understand the difference between a carrot and your coffee creamer when it comes to glycemic index – it simply recognizes blood sugar. Therefore, listening to nutritional counseling from Michael and his team is the key to success at Say Fitness. We have a passion for helping you stay on track and have fun doing it!

Time for Workout

After your fitness assessment and nutritional coaching, you’re on your way! Workouts are fun and varied, and we stress “muscle confusion” as the best way to keep your muscles repairing themselves and not becoming too used to any workouts. Your muscles can get as bored as your brain does when it comes to keeping fit, and we don’t ever want your muscles or your brain to be bored! We keep it real and we keep it lively when it comes to muscle development, since muscle burns fat. And don’t worry, ladies: it doesn’t mean you’re going to “bulk up.” Although acquiring muscle does burn fat, muscle is NOT bulk. We all have the physiques we are born with and incorporating weights in certain workouts is not going to change your genetics. The myth that weights will make you bulky if you are a woman is just that: a myth. Since males have more progesterone, it is the hormonal content of your body that allows you to build muscle, and men simply have more of it.

Our gym is located at 449 S. Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441. We are open Monday – Friday from 6 am to 7 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm by appointment only.
