Laura brings her experience, optimism, and passion for wellness to the Say Fitness Team. Fitness and good nutrition have always been a part of her life, and she believes that a strong, healthy body comes in all shapes and sizes.

She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts,  and built a career in marketing with companies like Arnold Worldwide, Overseas Adventure Travel, Peter Glenn Ski & Sports, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Laura has volunteered with organizations such as City Year and Kids in Distress, always combining her professional skills with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
