Damian is a native of Uruguay, he is involved in Muay Thai and has a passion for sports.  He attended the Fitness Institute International, from which he graduated with honors.  He also earned his CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

    More Information About Damian

    Damian was born in Uruguay where he participated in different sports like Track and Field, Soccer, Basketball, and Rugby.  At age 19, he moved to Florida and years later began training in Muay Thai.  He attended the Fitness Institute International, from which he graduated with honors.  He also earned his CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
    Damian enjoys working with clients of all ages and backgrounds.  He believes every session is an opportunity to learn something new and to strive for improvement of his knowledge to better serve his clients.
