Tracie Kurland joins the Say Fitness Team!!

Tracie started practicing Bikram yoga in 2001 to relieve stress from her daily NYC commute and to complement her gym workouts. That first yoga class rekindled a childhood love for inversions, splits and balancing that she developed performing gymnastics. Discovering a love for the heated practice, she began to practice hot Vinyasa yoga. Once she established a regular yoga practice, Tracie discovered yoga is not only a physical practice; but very much a mindful practice, a moving meditation, with the power to heal, strengthen and connect mind to body.
With the desire to share the immeasurable gifts she received through yoga practice, Tracie completed her 200-hour teacher training under the guidance of Paige Held and Kelly Green through Ft. Lauderdale’s Yoga Joint and now teaches at several South Florida locations.
Inspired by the diverse teachers she has practiced with, Tracie’s classes infuse strength and flexibility training with inspiration, enthusiasm, playfulness, and fun to cultivate students’ strengths, balance and the confidence to exceed their wildest dreams.
